Your mission
We are looking for a Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of Kitepower’s multidisciplinary development projects. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering project milestones across: hardware, software, simulation, control, operations and flight testing.
You will operate at the heart of the organization, working closely with software engineers, simulation engineers, control engineers, hardware engineers, and field operations. Your mission is to ensure that complex, interdependent projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high technical quality, from concept through testing and deployment.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable managing technical uncertainty, balancing software and hardware timelines, and aligning diverse teams toward a common goal.
What you will be doing
Project planning & execution
Cross-disciplinary coordination
Software & hardware delivery
Ensure software and hardware development progress in sync, enabling effective system integration
Oversee projects involving:
· Improve project management processes, tools, and ways of working
· Help introduce best practices for managing complex R&D projects in a fast-moving environment
· Contribute to scaling Kitepower’s development organization as projects grow in size and complexity
Tools & ways of working
